General Terms and Conditions of sale

1. Registration and Usage

• Subscription accounts and course access are strictly personal. Sharing account credentials or access links with any third party is prohibited.

• Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration to ensure the proper activation of their subscription.

2. Subscription Duration

• All course subscriptions are valid for one academic semester only.

• Access to course content and associated links expires automatically at the end of the registered semester. Students are not entitled to claim access to the content after this period.

3. Nature of Service

• The platform serves as a portal for registration and payment processing. Upon confirmation of your subscription, you will be provided with a direct link for immediate access to the course content.

4. Payment Methods

• Payments are securely processed through the authorized payment gateways integrated into the platform (such as Tap Payments).

• Students can make payments using local and international banking cards (Mada, Visa, Mastercard) or via Apple Pay.

5. Refund, Cancellation, and Compensation Policy Given that the educational content is digital and delivered to the subscriber immediately via direct access links—enabling instant consumption of the material—all purchases are final. Once payment is processed and the access link is provided, course fees are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-compensable. Subscribers are not entitled to request a refund, in whole or in part, under any circumstances, including but not limited to dropping the course, withdrawing from the semester, or failing the course and having to retake it in a subsequent term.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations in effect in the United Arab Emirates (the country of management and operation). Any dispute arising herefrom shall first be addressed through amicable resolution. In the event that an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

• All educational materials, explanations, and videos are the exclusive intellectual property of Aboumalek Learning Solutions.

• Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or sharing of links with third parties is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate termination of the subscription without compensation, and the Academy reserves the right to take legal action.

8. Technical Liability

• The platform’s liability is limited to providing a functional and valid course link. The platform is not responsible for any technical issues arising from third-party applications used to host or display the content.
